Let’s get right into the good stuff, here are the three best AI tools for content creators (in no particular order) with a rank out of 10 signifying their positive impact.

Notion (9/10)

Notion.so is an absolute beast when it comes to organizing, invoicing, scheduling, storing, and task completion.

Multiple creators I know use it to schedule videos/ads, create invoices for companies, and organize information.

Recently, Notion added an AI feature that makes the user experience way easier, allowing users to type in commands that can be fulfilled by the AI assistant.

Pros:

• Saves time

• Helps with organization

Cons:

• Slightly complicated for new users

PlayHT (8/10)

You have probably heard those generic AI voices all over your feed, but there is a lesser-known, better option that you should look into.

PlayHT lets you clone your voice which can then be used to create text-to-speech content.

Note: It’s important to use super high-quality audio and many different words when making your AI-cloned voice.

Pros:

• Saves time recording audio

• Allows you to produce content faster

ChatGPT/ChatGPT 4 (10/10)

If used properly, ChatGPT, and especially ChatGPT 4, can be a game changer for your content creation career.

In my opinion, there are two main use cases for ChatGPT as a content creator, one being to save you time, and the other being that it can make you more money.

Time-Saving:

• Summarizes long documents/articles

• Can plan and schedule tasks

• Organizes information (and spreadsheets with the paid version which is incredible)

• Real-time instant research with ChatGPT 4 (the paid version)

• Generate descriptions, bios, CTA’s, etc.

Money Making:

• Lead generation (can find brands that you should reach out to for sponsorships, along with their publicly available emails)

• Product development (ChatGPT can create info products that you can sell to your audience)

• Networking (ChatGPT can help you find people and opportunities that can increase your income)

• Copywriting
