Most people think that their life is not interesting enough to make documentation style content, such as a day in the life, vlog, etc. However, this is a common misconception because documentation style content tends to perform better than anything else.

The easiest way to start is to just film your everyday life.

Some examples include:

• GRWM (get ready with me).

• My day in the life as a…

• Film yourself building / assembling something.

• Any kind of vlog.

• Behind the scenes.

Anything that was going to happen regardless of you making a video about it is considered documentation style content, which is why it is the easiest content to create.

This kind of content can also be done through text style content, most commonly on X and LinkedIn, it seems to me that people just love to see an insider view into creators’ lives.
